2. Payment Methods
2.1 Card / Alipay Transfer Payments
- Refund Upon Account Closure: Any remaining balance is refundable only if the account is closed.
- KYC Verification: If Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification is required but remains incomplete, no funds will be returned, even if the account is closed.
2.2 Cryptocurrency Payments
- Refund Upon Account Closure: Any remaining balance is refundable only if the account is closed.
- KYC Verification: If KYC verification is required but not completed, no funds will be returned, even if the account is closed.
- Processing Time: Cryptocurrency refunds will be processed within three (3) calendar days of approval.
3. Failure to Deliver Products or Services
If IPflea.com fails to deliver any purchased products or services, you are entitled to receive a full (100%) refund of the purchase price.
4. Refund for Used or Partially Used Services
4.1 Bandwidth-Limited Proxies
- Full Refund: If a proxy is bandwidth-limited and no more than 20% of the purchased bandwidth has been consumed (based on the initial order, excluding additional bandwidth purchases), a full refund will be issued.
- Scope: This refund applies only to the specific proxy in question and does not extend to additional or subsequent purchases.
4.2 Time-Limited Proxies
- Three-Day Window: If the proxy is time-limited and currently active, you may request a full refund within three (3) days of the initial purchase.
- No Refund After: After three (3) days, refunds are not offered, as service usage indicates the product is being provided as intended.
5. Auto-Renewed Proxies
- 24-Hour Notice: Refund requests for auto-renewed proxies must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of the renewal date.
- Support Assistance: If you experience any issues with your auto-renewed proxies, please contact our support team within this timeframe to initiate the refund process.
- Late Requests: Refund requests made after this 24-hour window will not be eligible.
6. Technical Competency
IPflea.com is not responsible for educating clients, developers, or any third parties on how to use our Services. Accordingly, we do not offer refunds based solely on a lack of technical competence or the inability to utilize the Services.
7. Restricted Use Cases
IPflea.com reserves the right to deny refund requests under the following circumstances:
Prohibited Websites or Activities: Using our proxies for surveys, gambling, dating sites, or any activity leading to social media account blocks (e.g., Facebook, Twitter/X, Reddit, TikTok), or any other use prohibited by our Appropriate Use Policy.
8. Automated Refund Service and Abuse
- General Right to Request Refund: In addition to the provisions above, IPflea.com offers an automated refund service to facilitate user satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any Service, you may request a refund through this automated process.
- Abuse of the Refund System: Excessive, repetitive, or fraudulent refund requests may be deemed misuse of this Policy. In such instances, IPflea.com reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including (but not limited to) suspending your account, imposing negative account balances, or pursuing other financial or legal remedies.
9. Policy Updates
IPflea.com reserves the right to update, modify, or change this Policy at any time. Any such modifications become effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website, reflecting the updated "Effective Date."
